And I did just that....................ENJOYED IT!!!
Coffman had skim ice out pasted the floaters, started to head to the main lake. Made the corner and skim ice as far as I could see so I stayed in the Gravios. 35.5 degree's main lake. Mill creek was slightly warmer about 37.5. Ran to indian and it was warmer yet about 41 degree's in 2' of water in the back.
Ran to Gravios Mills same same.
Fished 10 hours had two bites on a jig, caught one crappie. Heading down again tomorrow, why cause I hate me!!!

stayed cloudy down there yesterday. Warmest water we found was 39 degrees. We didn't run to the back end of anything, I think a rain might pull some fish back there, but not yet...

PS - we caught one keeper. 15" and about 1 1/2 lbs. If we can get a prespawn limit weighing 7 1/2 lbs, look out world. I just hope we can stay on fish of that quality

Saturday was very enjoyable for driving to Coffman and home in 10 minutes..............
Seems the mechanic forgot to aline the linkage on Tim's lower unit when he replaced the waterpump. Hard to go with no gears.
But that was the blessing in disguise cause the livewell shutoff valves froze and broke during the extreme cold so had the boat ran we would have probably sunk before long.
We laughed alot driving from here to there and went to our bass banquet later that night..... Good day

Six of us fished out of 2 johnboats on a buddies 25 acre lake on Sunday. A conservative estimate is that 150 bass were caught. The great majority were less then 15 inches. Two dandy crappie also thought they wanted to eat a jerkbait.. It was a beautiful day to be out and nice to have something stretch my string!
I am fishing the CMN tourney in 18 days out of Robins Resort. I sure hope that either the lake warms up a little and stays clear (around 45 degrees would be fine) or if it getss muddy that it warms up a LOT!

Well we fished in that snow storm on the 3/20, got our asses handed to us.
Had one fish on a jig about 11am, and he was so deep that he swam upside down in the livewell all day. We had three inches of snow in the boat at weigh in.
Looking forward to Pomme 4/10 though, usually catch some fish down there.

I've never done this before, but in real life my name is Marcus Sykora. I won the Weekender series on Saturday. I had a good day throwing stickbaits in the Glaize to the tune of almost 17 pounds.
