Not that I know of, unless someone here has information that I don't.
'Bout 10 years ago, when my wife and I still owned The Home Brewery in Ozark, someone tried to start a microbrewery in Branson. Not a brewpub to serve beer, just a microbrewery that would brew a local label beer to be sold in stores.
There was outrage and crowds with torches and pitchforks on the streets (well, almost). Churches organized and protested, and the brewery permit was denied after the local football coach testified that his athletes would be ruined if beer was brewed locally. Never mind that his athletes were under age and not supposed to be buying beer, and that the MillerBud brands were already for sale in every convenience store on every corner of Branson. Athletes ruined, cattle raped.
That's the mentality, I dunno if it's changed any.

There's a Charlies Steak and Ale in Branson and in Forsyth... but honestly their food is better than their beer. The only worthwhile beer is their stout. Some batches of their stouts are better than others, and are decent enough, but it's still "lawnmower beer" at best.
Whenever I find myself at Branson Landing, I can't resist a genuine black-and-tan at Waxy O'Shea's. Or two.
For self-service, the only decent liquor store is next to Kmart on 248.
The Taney County Chamber of Commerce appreciates your patronage!

I had a feeling there wouldn't be a MB in town, just given the number of cattle in the area. That beer could mean bad things.
Thanks for the info. We are staying on the Landing, so Waxy's will probably be a place to find me once or twice.

Yeah, that local prohibition feeling is still strong - and the effects are usually just silly.
Here in Ozark, a wallpaper store on the square went broke and the building was vacant for awhile - then some local made-up-denomination church congregation rented it for a few months. That was fun.
The church members immediately pushed the fact that a town ordinance says alcohol can't be served within 200' of a church - and there was a Mexican restaurant across the street. The town fathers ended up stretching a tape measure across the street and deciding that you could order a beer with your meal ONLY if you sat at one of the back two tables in the restaurant - the other tables were too close to the "church".
'Course, the restaurant wasn't open anytime the "church" was having services and the other way around, but that didn't matter. We all got our morality protected anyway.
I think that storefront's a used book store or something now. You can have a glass of uninteresting mainstream beer with your tacos for $2.50 at any table in the restaurant again, if you want to. I always order a Pepsi for a buck instead, and the chiles rellenos are good.
You can't change people's thinking on that stuff, it's best to just kick back and watch the foolishness.

Just back from Hilton Head Island, where a kids grilled cheese sandwich is $8.99, and a 12 oz bottle of Bud is $5.25 while a 20 oz draft micro brew is $3. The world has lost its mind.

Drove thru Asheville, NC on the way down, not far from the Biltmore mansion. Had dinner at a hippy-retro brew-pub-movie theater pizza joint called Asheville Brewing Company Pizza was GREAT, beer only so-so. Had a flight of all their beers. Wife liked the coffee-stout, the other 4 I couldn't taste much difference between. All were in the 3.5- 5.0% range -- Sunday beer is what I'd call it. Waitresses all had piercings and tatts. I thought a hippy place like Asheville would have better brews.
Beers in Hilton Head were below average. Palmetto somechit or other. Hilton Head Island is a frat-boy republican wasteland, 20 years past its prime. Overpriced, sucks, and still thinking its something.
