I just heard that a certain retired teacher has been promoted to Captain of the retired teachers . I believe this is a pretty big deal among retired teachers.

The Natives will try to burn down STL tonight when Shockley is Found innocent. For piss sakes, bad cop or not, you can't shoot at the police and run and not expect to get killed. From the sound of things, this governor isn't going to let the Natives get to out of control.........heads are gonna roll tonight.

Saw a video of 150 Trooper vehicles staged at the St. Charles troop office yesterday even before the Governor activated the National Guard.
I don't think he is going to take the Nixon approach on the matter.
I got 7 new ambulances going into the City mid-next month and talked with them this morning - all hands are on deck.

I appreciate it fellas. In the end, all it really means is that I get to do less of the job I've enjoyed so much for the last 30 years.......and more of the writing that comes with it.
