Got a call from The Wingman this morning
Wingman had a sky rat spread set with your favorite toy (Vortex) going
Specklebellies flew over him all day
No snows were seen
I didn't know he hated himself until today

Got ringneck dove down here,about 3X the size of regular ones,year round season with the Beaman .22.

Turkey season opens in about 5 weeks. Only quitters are waiting until September to hunt again.

I wish it was that soon around here. But it's set as an early season, so visibility should be good.
We need some damn rain so there's shrooms in the turkey woods. 
It WILL rain between spring turkey season and Sept. There will be a variety of fungi to bring home before its time to hunt more feathered critters.
