Does anyone on the east side ...
      #222011 - 09/09/11 12:11 PM

...have a bull snake or gopher snake that I can borrow for training my dogs snake avoidance. I understand that they have some of the same moves as the poisonous kind like coiling, well, at least when they are not overfed! No non-poisonous snakes will be harmed!!

Catch something more common, like a Prairie Kingsnake or a Black Rat Snake. They coil nicely, and when they feel threatened enough will rattle their tails. In dry leaves, it gives a nice little buzzing sound.
