Vista - Deleted Recycle Bin

If any of you are as inept as I am and deleted your Recycle Bin when you tried to empty it, you can restore it and also change the Delete option to something else so it doesn't happen again.

It only took me a couple minutes total, so that tells you how easy this fix is.
