Found a dandy today, prolly 1 1/2 lbs. Might have to get creative with tomorrow's vittle plan.

Made a faux crab dip today with the fungus as a substitute. It will be made again.
Plain ol' sauteed in olive oil and butter is next.

Yup.
Sauteed in olive oil and butter, with some scapes for a little kick in the ass. Amazing !!
