I was thinking pin it to the board and spray it down with hairspray, or what? Some way to lay it out for length and preserve it. Any ideas? I'd be hesitant to use hair spray, because it may draw up as it dries and ruin the skin. They're pliable when first shed, but once they dry out they're pretty fragile, and will never have the look of a fleshed skin. I like the picket idea though; that should look good.
