I got an Instant Pot for Christmas, and it lives up to the hype. It cooks dried bean and rice dishes in a fraction of the time compared to traditional methods. It sautes, roasts and apparently makes cheesecakes and even yogurt. It's a normal slow cooker as well. I don't see myself making my own yogurt, but last night I made barracho beans in less than 90 minutes. Pinto beans right out of the bag. So far, I'm suitably impressed. Post Extras
