She panders to the uneducated and her fellow liberals to get power. Had the Republicans not been so incredibly inept and unable to win one of the most winnable seats in her last election, she would be a distant memory. But alas, the GOP can't seem to figure out how to win very winnable elections... The worst part is she will never be challenged by anyone in the media.
