Christine Ford." "Christine with a Ch or a K, ma'am." "That's Dr. Ford." "Ok, ok. Who committed this assault and attempted rape against you, ma'am?" "Judge Brett Kavanaugh." "And when did this occur?" "Ah, awhile back. 1982, I think, or maybe 1983. No! 1984! I'm sure it was 1984, or it may have been 1982..." "I need a date, ma'am." "I.... can't say - but I was 15 or maybe 16." "Ma'am, are you sure you haven't been drinking?" "How dare you! I'm as sober as a judge! Er, well - you know what I mean..." "OK, Ma'am, let's try this. Where did this, ah, attempted rape occur?" "It was at a party. There were four boys there, and I was there, and there may have been about ten other people, maybe. There was a pool, but I don't remember where the house was or whose it was." "OK. Do you remember who you went to the party with? How you got there? How you got back?" "No. No. No. I can't." "Did you report this 'crime' to anyone at the time?" "No, I'm reporting it now! And I only remembered it during a therapy session about 30 years after it happened! You're not helping me - I want immediate action on this!" "Ma'am, you're giving us nothing to go on. No time, no date, no location, no report, no witnesses, and a name it took you over 30 years to come up with. What do you expect me to do, exactly?" "DO? I want Judge Kavanaugh arrested and prosecuted. I want him fired from his job, and I want him to be barred from ever being a judge again. I want this all done before the mid-term elections with lots of media coverage, and then I want to sue him!" "Uh-huh. Ma'am - you're crazy. Don't call our office about this again. If you do, I'll see that you're charged with filing a frivolous and malicious police report. Good-bye!" Their hypocrisy has no bounds. America deserves better! They could care less about the rule of law or the Constitution. I hope this blows up in their freaking faces.
