This was a very enjoyable brew. A nice change from all the IPA's I've been drinking.

Got a 12 pack sampler of Free State beers from the local supermarket. Had a pale ale, Ed Astra, a maibock, and I think the Mrs. drank the Oatmeal stouts before I could get to them. They were all okay, but unimpressed. Made many trips to Free State brewery when I lived over on that side years ago The sweaty stench of KU fans and the smell of mildew and sewage from the Kaw river was all I remember about that place, and a few pretty girls.
Happy Camper IPA from Santa Fe, NM - packaged in cans -- best of the recent new beers I've tried. Big grapefruit hops flavor but doesn't linger or bite.

Happy Camper is good! I like the Missouri Mule IPA from Big Piney as well.
