Gumbo

Over Thanksgiving we went to Louisiana to visit family. Brought back a bunch of different Cajun sausage and made up a batch of this gumbo. It was awesome and very authentic. Takes a while to make it though. Gumbo recipe link

Saw Emmeril last night on diners drive-ins & dives
Yer Gumbo takes awhile to make but well worth the wait I suppose.

Same to you fastman. Fish Curtis and I have discussed it. He and bil from down there really hit it off. I will remember your suggestion for my spring trip. Curtis gives everyone VIP treatment happy New Year.
