Re: helluva deer

He needs a better pic. That one doesn't show a good view of a 206" buck.

Nice goat.

Re: helluva deer

That's the Bull Fighter stratagy.

Wear red.

Wait till the deer gets angry and charges.

Shoot him in the nose.

I say that is a once in a lifetime buck. Wherever that one was taken suggests to me there are some good genetics in the local gene pool. Mighty fine goat.

Re: helluva deer

My buddy from Michigan shot a 14 pt., 225 pounds on my place three years ago. Neighbor's leaser shot a 23 pt. atypical year before last. He got it opening morning, the first time they hunted the woods. It was the largest antlered deer killed in MO that year. Several of the locals had seen the big one on their deer cams. There are pockets of good genes for big antlered deer around. Our place is north of Glasgow where a couple rivers converge making it a natural funnel for the area.

Obviously I don't hunt 'em myself anymore...

Don't forget the pick-em up truck photo while riding the deer like a horse. Yes a dany fotographer for sure.
