Missing not being out there...
|
|
For the first time in over 30 years, I am not out in the wood's deer hunting on the Mo. rifle season opener. Health reasons, work schedule have kept me home. I sat by the back door and watched a dozen or so deer walk through the back yard, a few came close to eat some seeds the birds have dropped from the feeders...all in all, not a bad morning and I stayed warm!

Too bad about work and health stuff keeping you out of the woods, however good on you that you got enjoyment seeing the critters anyway..
Hope the work schedule lightens and the health issues resolve themselves so you can get out there……
A lot of times,just being out there is enough

Taking some medical leave from work in a few weeks, surgery early in Dec., back surgery still pending...season on the whole is a wash for me, but I gots a 2 year old grandson who likes sitting on my lap looking for deer... could be worse!
