For me anyway?.....no comparison. Don't get me wrong, I can do Hodaks and be happy.

This crust was a mild flavor, not over crispy, not over stated or spiced. The breast and thigh were quite different from one another, more so than usual. And maybe the biggest factor in judging....the meat was cooked perfectly.

If you're one of 20 around the country nominated for one of the Beard awards you have to be doing a lot of things in extraordinary fashion. And you can taste it. To get that on a menu like this is a rarity.
