I won't give a figure because I don't know exactly what it is, but I wouldn't be surprised if half of the ER visitors aren't Medicaid or and no-pays. Who do you think is paying for them?

If some form of coverage similar to Medicare doesn't happen you'll see socialized medicine. The plan that Massachusetts has is similar to the way Medicare is laid out.
