Re: McClellan on Syria, Isis

Killing a powerful dictator who brutally rules his country's that seem like a good idea.........but he isn't brutally ruling is. Saddam getting ousted created a huge void in Iraq. Gadhafi in Libya. Assad in Syria is no different. The Iraqi people are no better off today than they were were Saddam. It's actually worse. This Ian about oil, it's about a bunch of crazy ass people who have been fighting for centuries and thy wont change until several groups go extinct.

No one is scared of this administration. Too many promises of doing something, then doing little to nothing or doing something too late. We also don't fight to win.......in WW II we fought to win. No gloves on, anything goes, just win. Today it's all about being civil in war. We don't attack a mosque because there are women and children hiding in there with the bad guys. We don't attack a leaders home, because his 5 wives and children are there. That sends a message that we want to kill you, but not really.

You also don't imprison some jack offs for close to a decade and then turn them lose and ask them to play nice. That's who ISIS is now. The Middle East countries need a crazy asshat in charge who is brutal enough to control them yet scared chitless of him and his family dying from a cruise middle in the dark of the night on any given night from the US. This administration and the previous 2-3 didn't understand that also.
