If they have to rely on their hitting to win a slugfest, they will lose 8 or 9 out of 10 times. Unless something changes (like Holiday providing a spark), this is the 1968 Cardinals. They will live or die with the pitching staff. Of course 1968 turned out pretty good ... until the very end.
