I didn't realize we were pontificating about being a man. I've got a brother who spent his 8 years in the Marines. He's been to Iraq, and Afghanistan twice. The other fork... brother enlisted during the first Gulf War. My dad volunteered for Nam. His Purple Heart and 2 Bronze Stars with combat V's I signed my name for a service academy. No one earned those 3 congressional nominations I received Mac.......and they just don't hand them out to dumb asshats. I'll make sure to ask my dad and brothers if anyone accomplished all that for them or if they did it all on their own like your family. I've always wondered. As for not messing with a 5'3" Marine.........well it's never stopped me in the past. 5'3....6'3"......Been there done that. Got the T-shirt.
