Berglund is gone. I am a little happier today than I was Sunday morning... Of course some of that had to do with a hangover but a good portion is due to Berglund being gone... My best guess is he will get injured by the midpoint of the season and then come back, playing as uninspired as ever...

The rest of the parts of that trade cannot be evaluated for 3 or 4 years. Most of the NHL writers and commentators are giving DA high marks for the trade. It seems to me, both teams accomplished what they wanted to accomplish.

The bigger issue for the '18-'19 season is getting a consistent performance out of Allen and the coaching staff getting this team playing a system that gets the most out of the talent they have. That includes 5-on-5 and the power play. If their special teams are the same as last year, they won't make the playoffs again.
