For sure, this year the Cardinals are dead.....but it's CARDINAL BASEBALL, not Royals baseball.....they'll be back in a year or two. Not 30.
There is nothing to be consistent about.....if you thought the Redbirds were going to compete this year then you were insane long before now.
This team just doesn't have the horses. It's not lack of heart, it's simply lack of talent.
