Quote: Here's how I see it. Berube came in and straightened out a disastrous locker room. It took him another month or less to find a resemblance of chemistry on their lines. I believe he got Robinson to put in the right D scheme. He FINALLY dumped Allen. Blues were LUCKY to have been holding onto Binny all these years having never given him a chance until now. The team players needed time too for the front lines to get it together which coincided with Berubes take over or shortly thereafter. I think THIS is the team I thought they had in August, plus one Binny. The THIS team that has played since mid December, without Allen. And now the bad start is over. Yeo is over The small team December turnaround is over. The month long franchise breaking streak is over. They have lost 2 in a row. It's March. 5 teams and 2 places to fit them. Pressure is on. And the Blues are staring right at it. NOW....like right NOW....Is O'Reilly going to lead? Will the 2 missing forwards come back to help this team score more goals? Will Binny be the man or the beetch? Can they get a second line to score? Will injuries derail the whole thing? What they gonna do? They played like a Cup contender on that run. They beat the leagues best on that run. But this is the Blues. Like I said, any more rabbits in that hat coach? bwaaaaaaaaaa.......... |
