Maybe they can bring Perron back to skate around and wave at the other team.

Do you even watch the games or do you just come up with an opinion from 10 years ago and hang on to it regardless of the facts and things have evolved? Perron now has the 5th or 6th longest consecutive point streak in Blues history. He was strong in both the Pens and Sabers games. He has matured as an NHL player and I can assure you there isn't a team in this league that wouldn't want him (a few would have him on their #1 line and most would have him on their #2 line).

If you get time, actually watch a game and forget what you saw of a young Perron 10 years ago. Like you, I was glad to see him go when he left the Blues. But this is clearly a better, stronger, tougher version of him. He all but carried this team with O'Reilly for the first 3+ months of the season...

You want to talk about problems with this team and toughness, there is plenty to talk about before you get to Perron (like Petro, Schwartz, Steen, Fabbri, etc...) Unless you want to discuss the concussions and his missing games. But it sounds like you think the Blues are better off with him out of the line-up.

Carry on...
