It's from one of my favorite movies - "Death Hunt" with Charles Bronson and Lee Marvin. If you haven't seen that movie, it's worth renting.

Marvin is a Canadian Mountie sergeant, they're tracking Bronson through the Yukon. A hot-shot fighter pilot flies in, thinks he's going to fix the whole situation. He asks Marvin:

"Where's the command post, Sergeant?"
"Wherever I'm standing."
