Fast Eddie's smokers is what you shoulda got. The wood one is real good but the pellet one is one bad ass mofo. Pellets come in all fruit flavors, oak, hickory, and mesquite. Slow cooked 100 pounds of pork shoulders for 18 hours last summer for the father in laws retirement dinner. Stuff was the juiciest pork I have ever cooked. I will have one. Pellet driven one is self regulating for temp and burns about $5 of pellets to cook
