Oh contrare....it was 1.1 mil. Started the asking at 2 mil and it went to $600k for opening.....went to 850 and stopped....they ended up taking a 3 minute break that lasted about 10 minutes and then worked to get it to 1.1 mil.

Our group backed out at 1.05 mil - just our luck.
