That royally and totally sucks about his senior yr. Gee whiz, what a gut punch. Adversity is one of the greatest teachers there is, in life. Regret can be a great motivator too. Appreciate the well wishes. Daughter is done for the year and the youngest ran 800 last night in JV meet to see how it felt. Coach just wants him ready for EOY meets, specifically 4x400. They broke a 57 y/o school record last yr in 4x4 and have been district & sectional champs in it the past couple of yrs (or at least qualified for state). We're one of the smallest class 5 schools, so it's a grind to compete with the big ones. ![]() |
