Ate at Sherlock's, in Cottleville, MO, Saturday evening. Not the ham-n-eggs diner type of place. It was not quite fine dining but a certinly a step up. I had the pan fried, crusted walleye and the others at the table had the beef sirloin medallions and a pasta dish. Everyone was pleased with their food. The beef was overcooked but not enough to send back. It was ordered medium rare by both and they were both served medium. My walley was very good. Give the joint a try, if you don't mind spending $20+ per person and it goes up quickly with drinks, appetizers, desserts, etc... |

Went there a while back and it was ok. I would agree with sptsman. A little pricey for an out of the way place in cottleville. I wouldn't say don't go there but don't think its Tony's. |

Hell, I could walk to Sherlock's, but have never set foot in the place. Maybe I'll try it before I move. |
