Farm for sale

It is sad to me, but we are selling our family farm between Rothville and Hwy E. 268 acres 3BR 2ba trailer, pole barn 80"x40 (I think) with 4 br and 1 ba inside.
122 acres currently in CRP
43 acres bottom tillable
balance in woods.
It is an awesome piece guys, we knock the hell out of goats and big ones almost every year at least one over 150 last year a 181 and turkeys.
Looking to get $3700 an acre through realtor starting in June will take $3600 an acre now.

I spoke with the realtor jsut a couple of minutes ago. However, this morning my sister said "Maybe we should hang on to the farm". So there may still be hope.

Charlie.......as someone who is currently looking at land to build a home and land to build a dream duck club on........They don't make more of it. Talk your sister out of it. IF not, come get my wood chipper. Its the one thing they don't make more of. Being the family farm, its just that.......Part of the family.
