I had seen this a few weeks ago. It should be used by the Water Patrol and USCG for a tutorial on how to do almost everything wrong...
Lost a good friend to a boat crash at LOZ about 8 years ago. Both drivers were charged with BUI. All I can say is I hope that forkin' idiot driving that boat either got rid of it and NEVER drives another boat in his life or went and got some serious training on how to handle a boat. What a forkin' moron!!!
