Nevermind - it appears mainstream media doesn't verify items before putting it on the air -
saw a story this morning about the Moon and Mars lining up on August 27th at 12:30 a.m. where it looks like Earth will have two moons.
but a google search to find the photo above says it is an urban legend. Guess I am not expecting high def photos anymore

Dagum weather! I stayed up as long as I could and the moon just couldn't break free from all the cloud cover.
Hope others around the area were able to get some shots of it. Or at least down some of your favorite adult bevs while waiting.
