Allow me to interject some life into this dump of a forum...
I have fished Stockton twice in the last month (had never been there before). Prior to, and during, that month I have read quite a few threads over at Ozark Anglers regarding walleye fishing on that lake.
This is all I have to say with regard to the idea that walleye are hard to catch/find/target there......
That is all.

I know.....and I don't get it. That boy doesn't even like to fish much.
This was the conversation I had...
Soupy - Dude, I found a 19 ft G3 with a 150 4-stroke for 26,000.
Me - what do you need with that?
Soupy - I just figure it'd be nice if we had a boat like that for fishing
Me - you hate fishing
Soupy - yeah, but we could use it for duck hunting the river
Me - you hate hunting the river
Soupy - yeah, I'm just spit-balling here
Still, if he wants to go in half on a boat that he won't use....well, he's grown.

This better be the last damn fishing report posted.....no new lake info. Stockton.....well, its well known for walleye.....and pretty much any waterhead could catch eyes there.
