..again. First place and big bass today in the Jacomo tourney. Congrats guys. 4 fish limit 14+ pounds and a big fish of 4.92. Good job Dave and Kerry.

One of these days I hope we might get the "right" bites. We caught a total of 16 fish yesterday but our 4 best only went a little over 9 #'s. Last week we caught 24 fish and our four best were a little short of 10 #'s.  Neither of which was close to cashing a check.  But you are right DW.. I'd take either of those bags in the fish off and take my chances!

We had 11.36 yesterday at LOZ on 4 fish, couldn't find the 5th one anywhere... Big fish was 3.80, took 14 to win and we got 2nd... Time to not shoot any ducks...

The two dago ONE FISH tourney was won with a 4.28 on saturday.... $600 for a little fish...not that he wasnt proud of it and planning on spendin the cash.. and the juicer was so proud of it, he carried it up in a what looked like a troutnet! didnt even have a bag...
pretty sure I left his Momma under a dock up in the NIANGUA.. manuevered her out from under a dock, over a log and around the trolling motor... all of the sudden she changed directions, and was gone...didnt break. jsut came unbuttoned... lots of SENKO short fish. but nothing to show.
course Jayhawk probably heard me in Fulton...
nothing like watching Lightening krackle to the ground across the Niangua while sitting in a tin can Tracker...

You got that right man. Year in - year out, tournament in tournament out, doesn't really matter what time of year... it wouldn't be a smart move to bet against the Wagner-Moore team.  They have been a Top 3 team for the last several years on the Jake.

I don't think that is quite accurate there IIFID. We have our moments. Matter of fact, the first check I cashed at the Jake was when you filled in for Kerry back in 1999. YOu have cashed your share of checks in the short time you have been out there brotha.

Fishing today at the Jake was as windy a tourney as I've ever fished... I know some of them gusts were 40+.. made for an interesting day.. and once again - no check!
