Thought I might share an eatery that is now in Blue Springs...
It's the Corner cafe......
When I used to live North I would eat as the One in Riverside as well as the one in Liberty....
They've opened one up in Blue Springs just off of I-70 in the New Industrial Area that is being Developed Across from the Blue Ridge Bank Building
If ya like home style food with a Home Style Atmosphere and Ya enjoy Buscits and Pastries that taste like they came out of your Momma's Kitchen this place is for you.

It is actually just south of I-70 and Little Blue Parkway. Just east of the Blue Ridge bank building acroos LB Parkway.
Good luck gettin in though - the new aint warn off yet.

i think i had the meat lovers omelette with hash browns and toast. double layered omelette with sausage, ham and bacon, and two big ol slabs of cheese on the top.
hold on... i think i felt my heart stop for a second...

Yeah use to make a lot trips to the one in Riverside too . I just don't go out to eat as much as I use too when single , my girlfriend just cooks too well !

We've tried to eat at the one in Independence four times since they opened. Every time it is just to packed so we go elsewhere. Finally ate there on Sunday and the food was decent but the service sure sucked.
