Yes. After all, he's won 2 games in the last 40 days.

Yeah. Hitch and Armstrong are boneheads.
You can't get me to rag on Elliott. Hope he wins every time out. Just trying to tell you why he doesn't play much. Why he's been a back up for most of his time here.
You can throw all the stats out there you want. Fact is in four years he's been basically a back up goalie. Every single time he's rolled hot he fades and goes back to the bench. EVERY. TIME.
THAT"S why he's a back up. Stats have zero to do with it.

This is one of those hockey deals that is good for both teams. If you look at raw numbers this year the Sabres got the best deal.....if you look at where the players fit within an organization, the Blues may have just wrapped up a trip to the finals.
I, for one, am not happy to see Halak or Stewart go.....but I think it's a good move for them too, because I think the organization had lost confidence in them.

Admittedly, that was before I read up on Miller, the trade was already done, and I was listening to the twits.
Not anymore.....Buffalo couldn't win with him, and hey, WE GOT THE OLYMPIC BACKUP!!! Not a #1.....a BACKUP! You apparently understand that part.
Elliot should start until he proves he's not worthy.....but having the second best GAA and one of the top Save% in the NHL right now doesn't prove that.

Miller is 8-3 since he got here. Halak 4-4 since he left.
And GAA is a garbage stat for goalie play dude.
Try Save Percentage. But I don't give a chit about that one either.
And since this is so much fun to argue after a Blues WIN....and since now you have multiple Blues to rag on during one of their best seasons ever....what the fork is it you are looking for from Ott anyway?

Where the fork is THAT guy? He's not hitting anyone, he's not fighting anyone, he's not PESKYING anyone.....he just looks like an old hockey player trying to make it to the end of his career.
