I came across this web site, which is pretty realistic. To fire three timed rounds, click on the trigger guard. To go again, click on the top line of Russian in the pop-up.
This Commie sure has a shaky hand, though - and it seems to me his pistol hits a bit to the right.

Easy - that's no problem at all. You just don't get to play anymore after the first trigger pull. 
9+9+10 = 28, but that's my best of a bunch of tries. Anybody beat it?

Never knew he drank until he cut my hair when he was sober
took about a month and half to grow back the hunks he chopped
So anytime I showed up after that I brought him a half pint and waited
