For me it's Panda. But I've always liked Pence and his ways.
Don't want to hear the whining from the west side on losing Saturday.
You guys got the win you needed in game 3, the one the Cardinals gave away on a silver platter.
So you got back home.
Pretty simple, win Tuesday night and the momentum swings. Bumgarder on 3 days rest will not be the same as 4.
It's all you got, but no where near crazy.

If Ventura can handle his emotions (and to this point he has done so) I think the Royals might actually have the advantage in the pitching match up tomorrow night. I admit to being a doubter earlier but the way this team has battled for the last six weeks makes me think there is still hope.

The rook's problem (the last couple times I've watched) is he pitches up in the zone too much.
If he throws 98 at the knees, consistently, the giants will dig a crater in front of the plate hitting grounders.

Last Stand...........whine? Royals got further than anyone ever expected. No whining called for over here! Lots of other teams sitting on the beach while KC is still playing. Take your meds and chill out.

Fair enough........my real point has more to do with frustration on the way the Cards blew that series.
As far as "further than expected"? Well hell, we managed that.
It ain't worth a hill of beans.
bwaaaaaaaaaa
Since 1982, 88% of WS games 6 and 7 have gone to the home team.
So I "expect" the Royals to win it.

After tonight, It could be over for one of the last 2 teams. One team will still be sittin on win 89 too, no matter what the outcome is

Even with an 8-0 lead in game 6 of the World Series it is still 89 wins

This playoff win total is real confusing for some on the west side Wu...............when you only talk about it once every 3 decades......you tend to forget some things.

Crow on rooster Crow on. I realize it hasn't been that long ago when yall counted to 100 on the other side of the win total. Back to back to back. Foots wasn't even alive the last time the Cardinals had one of those years 1907.
One more win from a championship you didn't have to cheat to win. Honestly it will be an accomplishment. You will have matched the Cubs WS title totals........and they have been at it since 1876. Just 9 more to go to catch STL.

Cardinals lost this year because they let Pujols walk. Wasn't he the greatest thing since sliced bread?
Tsk,Tsk. 29 years of bragging and being haters. Personally, I was looking forward to another I-70 world series. Too bad it didn't happen.

Yep. Too bad it didn't happen. Can you imagine I-70 this past weekend ? WS game would have been in St Lo, Lambs playing the Chefs in KC and MU Homecoming in Columbia. I-70 would have been beat down to a dirt road

I agree.
And maybe the games would have been better than this series has provided.
One good one so far. I mean, if you're counting.

I don't need google to tell me how well my team has done. I don't Jump on the bandwagon every post season. Yes we are sitting at home for the WS this season. You know how that feels. Yall do that every season.
Yall sucked as the KC Athletics..............and you have been pretty irrelevant as the Royals. Wait until the 2-3 week of next years season. All 17,000 of you loyal fans will pile into the stadium. Yall will fill the stadium eventually.........like when the Cardinals come to town

Yall too bad..................for Pujols. 3 straight NL Championship series for STL and a WS trip. He left for Championships and playoff baseball..........to sit at home and not even make the playoffs. Wasn't he in the Royal backyard before the Cardinals snatched him up.
29 years of winning and hating is way better than 29 years of losing 100 games a year while being a Yankees farm organization.

Saying its the 101st win.........is like saying you saw a pair of singles, saying you say a female duck, or you have a bunch of clips full of shotgun shells for your AR15
Please carry on with your 89th win. Maybe yall can have another umpire save your season..........just in case the players need help

griffin has already said he will frag this entire thread if it gets close to 34 pages.......which means there is a good chance of waking up to a board that no long exists. Be careful what you wish for.
