That's a bad one dog. Having an employee take out himself or someone else, was one of the things that was really bothering me, over the past 5 years. No matter how you look at it, you're still responsible for their conduct.

My Dad broke his leg when a clutch blew on a car, and has only had sight in one eye, since a piece of metal got lodged in one, many years ago.

Still, at 82, a couple of weekends ago, he judged 722 cars, at my girl friend's car show. The cars were spread over her 100 acre farm, and he wasn't given a golf cart.

So, he can still walk good distances in the heat, and like most artists, works with a handicap of sorts.
