It would be nice if they didn't back themselves against the wall before deciding to do something. Let's hope they can continue their play from the last three innings of today through the rest of the post season....or they will be golfing!

What a day.
First off...win or lose....the Royals took the time to let the fans, the City and the world know they are part of their community and had the backs of KCFD in their time of mourning. Great tribute to Larry Leggio and John Mesh.
On to the game...great win in front of the home crowd...another chapter in the 2015 chapter closed with none other than Johnny Cueto doing most of the writing in that chapter 
I hope the next chapter is a good read, but they best figure a way to stop the Jays from continuing with the bombs...the Jays can beat you 13-2, but I am not sure about 4-3.

Cueto retired the last 19 batters he faced without a hit or walk. Have to go back to Don Larson's perfecto in 1956 to find the same statistic. I also hope Bautista gets one in the ribs for the unprofessional grandstanding he did in the Texas game. What a POS. Anyway, onward and hopefully upward for the Royals.

Yeah for all of the talk about the Royals and their "lack of class", it ain't even close to the Blue Jays. Bautista and Donaldson are both JO's of the highest caliber. The Royals and the BJ's already have a history from this season. It will be interesting to see if either club tries any head games to get an advantage.

I will always hate the Royals. I'm happy that you guys are happy and get to watch some more baseball, but I wouldn't care if someone threw a grenade into their locker room.

Bitter, bitter. Over a bat flip. Dyson just couldn't admit he got beat.
The lack of class wasn't on the part of The Jays, but by the idiots in the grandstands dumping their $12.00 beers on the field.
But, what do I know? I just got home Wednesday from working at The Restore, turned on the game, and a fight broke out. Best 7th inning ever.

We don't have a major league team in the desert, so after The Angels, I watch The Dodgers. Yep, they are loaded up with high priced players, and some of them need to go too.
Mattingly, just doesn't seem to control this team, for whatever reason, and it's just my humble opinion, that if a player is wound up at an ump, you shouldn't try to calm him down when the team's back is against the wall. You should let him go and get after it....
The Angels let Baylor and another guy go. That's just Rocktober Baseball.
I'm good. Family is good, and in my family, my Mom is #1 Diehard Jays Fan. She's no bandwagoner. I think she's watched every game since their inception, including this 23 year slump.

They had some kind of poll on the squawk box today....I think it asked since the Cards are out of it if the cubs winning the World Series this year would guarantee the Blues to win the Stanley Cup this year would you want the cubs to win the WS.
I think it was like 11% voted yes.

I'll gladly root for the Royals to win so the Beer swillling, funny talking, Maple sucking, Frostback, 51st state wishing, puckhead FROGS don't get to raise the WS trophy above their head and be able to celebrate it in Toronto or the rest of that country. I'd rather watch women's soccer for a month than the Canadians have a WS winning parade.
