Was in the Baltimore / DC area in November and took a drive around. Didn't have time to stop in the Decoy Museum again but enjoyed the scenic views. Lots of waterfowl around when I was there. Would love to hunt the Susquehanna flats someday...
You decoy making dudes need to make a pilgrimage to the area, if you haven't been. It is the Mecca of the decoy world...

The Jobes brothers, who were schooled by their father, Capt. Harry Jobes, and R. Madison Mitchell, still have working shops in the area where they produce wooden gunners. Like Andy said, it's a REALLY cool place to visit for any duck hunter with an interest in duck hunting history.
Andy.....next time go to the museum.....it's pretty cool and worth the trip.

I actually went to the Decoy Museum on a previous trip. I think I posted about it on here and posted host of pictures I took whilst there. Here is the early versions of decoys in motion of one sort or another...

I liked the old punt guns and then the sink boxes, and steel decoys used to hold the boxes underwater most of all. When I was there they had a complete sink box rig set up in the bay next to the museum. Very cool.
