We just moved to New Haven and had a crew help us move
We needed to feed them and had heard that Lancito's makes some of the best pizza in the state
They make a mean pizza and it is some of the best pizza I've had in many moons
Link to their Facebook page

Their menu

I highly recommend the Carnivore

Congrats on the move. We're right across the river from you. Have not been there yet but everyone tells us its the greatest pizza they have ever had. I also just heard a new restaurant opened down town New Haven that we have to try. You should also go to Pinckney Bend distillery and do the tasting tour. They make some damn fine whiskey.

If it's thin I will eventually have to make a detour and get there to pick up a half bake. Gotta burn a extra couple gallons so it better be good. bwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
If running around, that Voss Market in Beaufort makes a good sammich too.

That neighborhood just went downhill, sorta glad I got a river between us, property values and all.
I will put the pizza on the list of places to try though

Wu, did you move into New Haven proper or an outlying area. We can see New Haven from the top of the hill just past our driveway. We're not far from Treloar.

We live just down the hill from the Pepsi Distributor's house and St Peter's cemetery is right behind us if that helps--
also -- one of the water towers is up the hill from us--it is on one the few flat spots around LOL
Looking 'north-ish' We see a giant house (looks like stone in the binocs)across the river near a couple of big hills-Probably your place-there are 4 big white roofs to the east(?) of the stone house
I think Google says it takes and hour to drive the 30 miles from New Haven to Treloar
Fences and rivers make good neighbors eh??

That giant house is just up the road from us. I think they breed polo ponies. We can see that water tower when we go up the hill just past our house on the way to Treloar. It's about 35 minutes to drive to NH from here. Years ago there was a ferry in Treloar than ran over to NH. I'm sure you'll like it out here better than where you came from.
