...And anyone else who feels like driving. Feetdown and I have talked about this off and on for a while and decided it's high time we have a callmakers get together. I know I've mentioned it to a couple of ya, and seeins how theres a handful of us on this side of the State making duck, goose and turkey and other game calls, we thought a club would be fun. Nothing fancy, just an informal get together in someone's garage maybe on a bi-monthly basis to bounce ideas off from, share tecniques, and show off new stuff. We were thinking about sometime round the middle of July. Post up if yer interested on comming and a date that works best for ya so we can figure it out.

Hell...who needs to carve decoys...the beer taste just as good and the company is still the same for those of us that show up just to watch you slackjaws eat the skin off yer knuckles with yer power tools!

Kraz...I'm guessing you'd be welcome, as long as you brought the tape and the gauze.

why not get the callmakers and decoy carvers together at once. calls and decoys kinda go together.

if i can get as much notice as possible i can contact callmakers all over the state to see if they would like to attend. the louisiana boys have been doing this for the last 2 years, and has been a big success. maybe if this takes off we can pick a centralized place in the state and make a annual event.
