Picked up some Ayinger Octoberfest for the genuine Bavarian experience. My next door neighbor bought a sixer of SA black lager, I wound up with 5 of 'em! I won't bore you with the rest of the odds and ends, suffice to say I won't go thirsty this weekend. BUT, I got a couple of questions for you drunkards: *My local spirit shop (the proprietor of which is enjoying my weekly visits no doubt) is all abuzz about SA chocolate stout coming soon... is this any good? *For weeks I've been bringing home those Mountain Dews in aluminum bottles- a couple at a time. The kids get their sugar & caffeine high, and I've been keeping the bottles. The scheme is to re-bottle good beer for float trips. Has anybody tried recapping these things? Will a hand-held capper do? Thanks in advance for your anticipated cooperation.
