As to a drag on social services, I know why you are saying this, but remember you are from California, the state that allowed you to retire at the age of 12 and live out your life making good beer while receiving the monthly checks.
Blaming illegals for social services woes is convenient and inaccurate. Blame the architects for constructing bureaucracies that would only one day implode.
