The problem is that it's not simple but folks are looking for a quick fix to something that may not have a doable fix. There are a number of things that seem to be a constant with mass shootings. Absentee fathers, prescription psychoactive drugs, violent video games, social isolation and a perceived crisis. Of course this combination is present in thousands of kids across the nation that will harm no one. It does seem odd that they all happen in gun free zones. The gun grabbers make it sound like all teachers everywhere will be armed but the most effective plan is to allow those that are willing to carry after taking what ever training is deemed necessary. However, like concealed carry, it will be most effective if the armed teachers are not identified to anyone but the principal. No one knows which teacher, how many or even if there are any.
