But stories were retold for decades whenever my family got together. The menfolk would go off to one corner of the house and reel their hunting tales. There were many. No photos were necessary. It was ordinary to bring home ducks & geese back then.

Scout1 has asked me for photos, but they's rare as hen's teeth in my clan, for reason listed above. Sometime I will share a couple from the 40's, just about the same time FG came to be...
