I see no hope of it this time around as well. The pinheads that make these decisions are, well, pinheads. I am guessing very few if them even hunt and will base their decision on some study they read or some theory their biologist hero authored... It really is time to eliminate the 1/8 cent tax funding of this arrogant, bloated, unaccountable organization.
