BWHAHAHAHA I have heard about cooking the heart and want to try it. I have read some of Steven Rinnella's books and enjoy watching his show Meateater. He is an outdoorsman and a chef. He shows cleaning the fish and game he gets and cooks some of it on about every show. He always says that the heart and tongue from any big game animals are some of the best cuts of meat on them and 99% of people throw them away.
