I would like to see Brett Hull stay sober for a day and show this team what a quick release and/or one-timer looks like. These boys are as good as any team I'be ever seen with offensive zone possession. But dayum, they are sorely lacking at the art of the quick shot and/or one-timer. 98.7% of their shots are just too slow. The defense has that extra second to get in the shooting lane and the goalie has that extra second to slide into a better position. The bodies in front of the net is getting better and that is showing but they need quicker releases and shots, even more so on the power plays...
